FAQ’s
No, our lawn crews are not equipped with push mowers. Our lawn mowers are 40 inches or wider. If you have a section of your lawn that is gated in please make sure the gate is 40 inches or bigger or we have instructions on how to access that specific area.
We do not provide scheduled bi-weekly or on-call mowing.
Our Lawn Maintenance Subscription service is typically performed from April through November. The start and end of the service may change season to season depending on the weather.
No, most of the lawn must be free of all animal waste in order for our crews to perform service. If there is one section of lawn with a lot of animal waste our crew will avoid the area and you will still be charged the full amount.
No, our goal during the fall months is to keep the majority of leaves off the lawn only to keep the grass healthy leading up to the winter. A final thorough clean-up of the entire property after the lawn maintenance season ends requires a separate Fall Clean Up job.
You can cancel service at any time. You may receive a partial refund depending on when you cancel.

- Keep your lawn healthy by not over cutting during droughts while still providing value at each weekly visit.
Our subscription works similar to most subscription services with a few small differences. Once we’ve completed our first visit, the subscription begins and your payment method will be charged for the month. From there we come weekly to service your property and you’ll get charged the same day every month until the end of the lawn maintenance season.
Our lawn maintenance season lasts from April to November. Since the end of the season is dependent on the weather, we will charge full price for the last month and then refund you for any uncompleted visits within 7 days of your last visit.

CARE is our in-house quoting system that we use to ensure consistent, accurate, reasonable, and efficient quotes for all of our customers. Our system uses actual metrics taken from your property along with data from 1000s of other jobs to generate the most accurate, consistent, and fair price.

When we send you a proposal using CARE, you are able to view actual metrics, detailed notes, and pictures so you know exactly what each service includes. By sending such detailed proposals, we save you time by minimizing confusion and additional communications needed to understand your quote.
