About Us
Staple Landscapes was established in 2015 by our two founders Nick Staples and Austen Carloni. Since starting the business in 2015, the business has grown rapidly to 30+ employees including multiple managers and full time office staff. Our office is located in Plainville, MA & our shop is located in Wrentham, MA.
We focus specifically on Residential Maintenance services including lawn mowing, fertilization and weed control, seeding, shrub trimming, mulch installation, garden bed maintenance, general property clean-ups, and snow plowing.
What’s important to us:
- Organization: We believe in keeping all of our equipment and work spaces clean and organized. We have newer equipment and a full-time mechanic that helps keep things running smooth throughout the year.
- Promoting from within: We want our team to grow as our business grows which is why all of our supervisors are past field employees who’ve been promoted.
- Team work: Sometimes a crew may encounter a difficult job or situation that makes their day longer. In these instances, we want to work with people who are willing to help one other, even if they are not on your crew.
- Customer Service: At the end of the day we don’t have a business without our customers. Being friendly and going above and beyond for our clients is an expectation for our team members
Our mission is provide the best work environment and most opportunity for growth for our team. We will accomplish this mission by creating an environmentally sustainable organization that offers the most value to our clients in comparison to any other competitor in our industry. Through the creation and utilization of the latest industry knowledge, business practices, and technology, we plan to accomplish this mission. Here are a few things we currently do that differentiate us from our competition and why you should join our team:

- We effectively utilize the newest and most effective marketing strategies and create all of our marketing content in house.
- We listen to our employees’ feedback and are constantly improving all of our procedures.
- We are currently building and utilizing our own technology that gives us a massive competitive advantage over our competitors.
- We care about the environment and are working towards sustainable changes such as the acquisition of electric powered equipment and more organic based lawn care.
